Children & Youth

After the first part of the service, we provide activities for those under the age of 16.

Crèche

Age 0 – 4.

A safe environment for babies and children under four to learn and play together under adult supervision while parents listen and relax in church.

Hope Kidschildren-youth-2

School Years Reception – Year 6.

A time when kids can get together, grow together, have fun together and learn about the Christian faith together through play, stories, crafts and games.

Hope Kids splits into two groups based on school years Reception – 2, and Years 3 – 6.

Impact

School Years 7 – 11.

A time to help young people thrive as Christians, not simply survive.  This groups aims to help teenagers go deeper in their growing relationship with God and inspire them to be active in changing the world around them.  Using Youth for Christ Resources’ Rock Solid material, Sunday mornings are lively and engaging, exploring Christian teaching through a combination of games, interactive activities, discussions, punchy Bible studies and prayer activities.

Older Teens Bible Study

School Years 12 and 13 (or equivalent).

This group meets fortnightly on a Sunday morning during the service to go deeper in understanding and applying the Bible to life today, whilst equipping those who come to be prepared to have a good grounding in their Christian faith ahead of work, university or other training.

All of our volunteers are DBS checked and adhere to the Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy of Hope Community Church Aintree.  Our policy can be found here.
