Say One for Me

Say One for Me is your opportunity to share prayer requests with the church.

We believe that God cares about all people and the things going on in our lives.  Often things happen in our lives and we turn to prayer, but there are times when we don’t know what to pray, or how to pray.

If you would like the church to say one for you, write your prayer requests down and post them in either of the postboxes outside, or inside, Hope Community Church Aintree.

Every Monday, members of the church meet and pray for Aintree Village, and for the prayer requests put in the boxes.

Our Say One for Me postboxes are located on the gatepost to our car park on Aintree Lane, and inside our building in Cafe Hope.

On occasions a team of church members will be available to pray with you in our car park, usually on the first Saturday of the month from 10:00am – 12noon.  Please check our Facebook page and feel free to drop by.

We believe that God is a loving Father, who welcomes and hears the prayers of His children, and therefore prayer has the power to change situations.

(see Luke 11 v 5 – 12)

We believe that through Jesus Christ, who is Himself God, who died and rose again, human beings are able to come before God the Father directly in prayer.

(see Hebrews 4 v 14 – 16)

We believe that through the Holy Spirit, the invisible presence of God here on earth, God meets with His people through prayer.

(see John 15 v 26; Hebrews 2 v 4; Romans 5 v 5)
